We’re Andy and Patti, the husband-and-wife team behind The Lord Group, Powered by Landing Real Estate. We work with buyers and sellers throughout Southern Maine, with Windham as our home base.
Our approach is simple: listen carefully, give honest guidance, and keep you in the loop. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or considering an investment, we want you to feel informed at every step.
Andy has been licensed since 2017 and brings hands-on experience investing in and renovating properties. His credentials include the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification.
