Windham is home, and Sebago Lake and Maine’s Lakes Region are part of our everyday lives. We work throughout Southern Maine, helping you look beyond the listing photos to think about location, condition, access, and what owning the property will mean for you.
Andy has been licensed since 2017 and has invested in and renovated properties since 2016. That hands-on background brings a practical perspective to homes that need work, a first duplex, or an investment opportunity. We’ll help you spot questions worth asking and connect with qualified professionals for the answers.
WE HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE REAL ESTATE, TOO.
When we’re not working, we love getting out on the boat, spending time at camp, catching a Bruins game, and taking our vintage Porsche for a drive. Andy also takes his lawn a little more seriously than most people.
